Who is VietnamEnglish?

VietnamEnglish is NOT an English Center, rather an individual website offering tuition within Vietnam.

How is tuition charged?

The initial consultation with you is not charged. During this consultation we will seek to clearly understand your expectations, goals and current English level.

Tuition is charged in advance of lessons.

Is my company and/or personal information kept private?

We encourage the use of NDA’s (Non-Disclosure Agreements). Within a tutor-corporate relationship, NDA’s allow information to freely flow without concerns over confidentiality. For example, if the lesson involves email communication writing skills, it can be extremely helpful for the tutor to review with the student actual business emails sent. Such sharing of emails would occur with screen sharing only with no hard-copies shared.

How long are the lessons?

Depending on the lesson offered, lessons are between 70 – 90 minutes in duration. 

What if I wish to re-schedule a lesson?

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any re-scheduling of a lesson. Inside that time frame the lesson cost will be charged. Additionally an on-time approach to the start of each lesson is required.

Refunds?

Full fee payment is required in advance of classes. Once a class as started refunds or transferring the course entitlement is not possible.
